PMS GIC SHAHARPHATAK ( ALMORA) follows the syllabus in strict accordance to C.B.S.E., Uttarakhand Board for the students admitted in the stream Medium of instruction is English/ Hindi . English is taught as compulsory subject upto class X.
Students of classes XI and XII are categorised to Science and Arts groups . Students has option to choose Biology, Mathematics, as their optional subjects.
The whole session is divided into two terms. The duration of Term – I is from April to September and the duration of Term – II is from October to March.
